The Challenge:

Amber and her team approached us to create eye-catching website and promotional video content that would speak to her client base. Since Amber was our first B2B client at that time, this presented a unique challenge for us. Creating content for a consumer audience base was second nature, but creating content geared towards other businesses felt like learning a new language. We also did not want the content to feel stale and, dare I say it… “corporate-y.”

The Solution:

We worked closely with Amber and her team to make sure we were tackling their client’s pain-points in a fun and creative way. As a speaker and consultant, Amber’s brand messaging already had a ton of personality. We were able to pull from her existing messaging to create videos that felt tailor-made for Amber and her brand. Educating potential clients was the main goal here, so we worked closely with Amber on scripting to ensure that our fun ideas were translating to a B2B audience.

And ‘bombshell’ doesn’t just refer to women; men are absolutely bombshells too! This term is one of the main audience takeaways, so we wanted to capitalize on that in her video content. Enter our spin on the concept of ‘Charlie’s Angels’: Amber’s Bombshells.

Amber’s new offering, Employer Brand Central, is a hub for all things team management. It quickly became one of her top offerings, and she needed video content that could explain it in more depth. To us, Employer Brand Central seemed like a magical problem solver, like the fix employers had been wanting without even knowing it, like… well, a Fairy Business Mother.
