Client: Cora | Vertical Social Series
The Challenge:
When Cora came to Take2Content, they wanted a social media series that blended humor, education, and—yep—periods. The goal? Create a fun campaign that featured the brand without screaming "this is an ad!" Think less infomercial, more group chat energy. We were tasked with building a digital series that raised brand awareness, got people talking, and tackled menstruation in a way that felt fresh, honest, and actually watchable. Period content, but make it bingeable.
The Solution:
After pitching a handful of fun (and slightly unhinged) ideas, we landed on “Period Therapy”—because honestly, who hasn’t wanted to go to couples therapy with their period? Let’s be real, there’s baggage. This concept gave us the freedom to explore the complex, cringey, and all-too-relatable experiences people have with menstruation—like smuggling tampons up your sleeve or crying over a an old man helping his wife out of the car. We cast the wildly talented Manon Matthews as the personified period, and her laid-back, no-filter performance brought the perfect comedic edge. Bonus: her audience was spot-on for Cora’s target demographic, making the campaign as strategic as it was hilarious.
