The Challenge:

For this project, it was imperative that we maintain the fun and the pizazz of the original YouTube spot, while significantly condensing it. We also had to recreate the tone and the environment so that it felt identical to the original (if not better).

The Solution:

Scripting and prep were key here. Since we only had 15-30 seconds to tell a 2-3 minute story, we had to make those seconds count. Every line of dialogue had to be both purposeful and entertaining, and every shot needed to be pre-planned and storyboarded. On the shoot day, we shot exactly what we had planned but also left room to play, because you never know what genius might appear in the moment.
